This policy explains how Manuscript Genomics collects, uses, protects, and shares information when someone orders whole-genome sequencing and health analysis services.
We may collect account details, contact and shipping information, payment status, kit registration data, health questionnaire responses, customer support messages, and genomic data generated from a submitted sample.
Information is used to process orders, send and receive kits, coordinate sequencing, provide health analysis, improve the service, prevent fraud, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Genetic data is sensitive. Manuscript Genomics should use it only to provide requested services, maintain quality and security, and support user-directed account controls. Any research, product development, or third-party use should require clear consent.
We may share limited information with service providers such as payment processors, shipping partners, sequencing laboratories, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer support tools. We do not sell genetic data.
Users should be able to access, correct, or delete eligible account information and manage marketing or cookie preferences, subject to legal, safety, and laboratory recordkeeping requirements.
